Shipping Terms & Conditions

Except for the basic shipping charge, all additional charges will be borne by the customer. The charges can refer to the SF website.  Shipments delivered to Hong Kong's residential address or  Hong Kong's Designated Areas  require an additional business day on delivery.       For remote delivery will have additional surcharge.  Please click here.    The additional charges will be paid directly to the courier when the customer receives the goods.

Please make sure the delivery address and recipient information provided are all correct. Once the order is placed and payment is made, the delivery address^, the quantity and colour of the goods cannot be changed or cancel order,  our online store will not bear any losses borne by the customer due to carelessness or various reasons.

^The delivery address is the address that you filled in the delivery address column when placing an order, please do not fill in the delivery address in the remarks column.

After goods are dispatched, we will provide the shipment waybill number to customers. Customers can track the shipping progress at  SF Express website   https://htm.sf-express.com/hk/tc/dynamic_function/waybill/ . However, other ways of delivery will not provide the waybill tracking service.   If you have not received our system-generated goods dispatch notice after 3 working days, please email to info@wealthyyield.com to contact our department.

Able Health guarantees to provide customers with the best quality service. Please check the goods as soon as possible upon the goods arrived. If you need a return or replacement,   please email to info@wealthyyield.com within 3 days from the receipt of goods. Able Health has the final decision on whether to return or exchange the goods.

If there are any disputes, Able Health shall have the finaldecision.
