Shipping Terms & Conditions

1. Starting from September 1, 2024, Shop Able Health (hereinafter referred to as our store) logistics shipping areas, minimum spending amount for free delivery and delivery fee under minimum spending have been adjusted. Details can be found in the table above.

2. Please ensure that the shipping address and recipient information are correct. Once the order is placed and paid, the delivery address^, quantity or style etc. will not be accepted to change or cancel the order. Our store will not be responsible for losses caused by customers or logistics.

3. Our store will provide SF express waybill number to the customer after we send out the shipment. The customer can track the progress of the waybill in the backend. Other delivery methods will not provide waybill tracking services. If you have not received the delivery notification from the system 3 working days after placing your order, please contact our customer service staff by email at info@wealthyyield.com.

5. In addition to the basic freight, other costs will be borne by the customer, such as remote surcharges. 6. The delivery time to Taiwan, Mainland China and Rest of Asia may require additional working days. Our store cannot guarantee the arrival time of all logistics.

7. In case of any dispute, our store will have the final decision.

To ensure our customers receive the best service, please inspect the goods as soon as possible after receiving them. If you need to return or exchange, please notify info@wealthyyield.com within three days from the date of receipt of the goods for return processing/exchange. Overdue orders will not be accepted.
