ShippingTerms & Conditions

1. Please ensure that the delivery address* and mobile information are correct. Once the order is placed and paid, the delivery address, quantity or style etc., any change or cancel the order will not be accepted. Our store will not be responsible for delayed losses caused by incorrect info provided by customers. *The delivery address is based on the address filled in the shipping address column when you place the order. 

2. A SF Express waybill number to the customer will be sent to your email once the shipment is sent. Shipment progress can be checked with the waybill number by using SF Express website. If you do not receive the delivery notification from the system 3 working days after placing your order, please contact our customer service staff by email at info@wealthyyield.com / whatsapp 68552887.

3. Our store uses SF Express for shipment.  For detailed logistics progress details, please refer to SF's Terms and Conditions. 

4. In addition to the basic freight, other costs will be borne by the customer, such as remote surcharges. 

5. For details, please refer to the remote surcharges on SF website. The delivery time to Mainland China and Rest of Asia may require additional working days. Our store cannot guarantee the arrival time of all logistics. 

6. In case of any dispute, our store will have the final decision. 

To ensure our customers receive the best service, all goods undergo order verifications and quality check before shipping. In rare cases, should there be a problem, please notify us via email at info@wealthyyield.com / whatsapp 68552887 within 3 days for further handling. Overdue notification will not be processed.
